About Brian Harvey.

Brian joined HUB International in 2017 after more than a decade as a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor with a Fortune 100 company. A native Oklahoman and veteran of the United States Coast Guard, he returned to the state in 2007 after calling the Washington, D.C./Northern Virginia region home. He received a classical liberal arts education from Bethany College (Lindsborg, KS), graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in History/Political Science and has completed Masters work at the University of Oklahoma. A former Trustee and Past President of the Deer Creek Schools Foundation, his family resides in Northwest Edmond (Deer Creek).
Brian’s Insights on Personal Insurance
The majority of my clients come to me from direct referrals of existing clients, business partners and friends. There is no greater compliment in my profession than a referral and it is something that I do not take lightly!
I also represent many clients who elected to transfer their insurance accounts to HUB. It is not uncommon for someone to be pleased with their carrier but dissatisfied with their current agent. A simple solution to this is dilemma is a Broker of Record transfer. It is something that I specialize in here at HUB and it gives me the ability to review someone’s policies, offer solutions and then serve as their Personal Insurance Advisor.
Understanding personal insurance and risk management can seem complex and complicated. However, it doesn’t have to be! My job is to help individuals and families uncover their protection needs and then provide them with solutions.
I begin my risk management review by first getting to know the prospect. I’ll ask specific questions to give me insights into who they are and what their story is. From there I thoroughly research their personal property and assets, uncover potential areas of risk for their family and then review their current insurance policies. I find it much easier to offer solutions when I get to know who I am working with and how much they have to protect.
My years of experience working in the High Net Worth insurance market, combined with my understanding of the available carrier partners and their products are then used to find a tailored solution to meet the protection needs of each individual and family that I work with.

Lori Cartwright began her insurance career in 2001 with Hartford Insurance and has experience with both small and large commercial agencies. Prior to joining HUB International, Lori managed the High Net Worth Personal Lines department of another Oklahoma City agency. Lori has always tried to balance family, work and education. To better herself she started her college career at Oklahoma City University and has moved on to the University of Oklahoma. Lori is currently a Senior with plans to graduate 2021. Her passions outside of work are her children, grandchildren, pets, books on tape and College Football. Lori has lived in Oklahoma her whole life and currently lives in the Yukon area. She believes that customer’s needs come first and that insurance is fascinating!
About chasity crenshaw.
Chasity joined HUB International in 2013 and has 23 years of experience in the insurance industry. In 2014 she earned her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) and is currently working to obtain the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation. She has now returned to her home state of Arkansas and works remotely in Fayetteville, Arkansas. When not working, she spends much of her time at the soccer fields. Her other hobbies include crafting, gardening, and traveling.
Chasity works collaboratively with Brian in managing a book of business while acting with a high degree of independent discretion, autonomy, and decision-making. She serves as a day to day contact and provides resolutions for client questions and issues and acquires understanding of clients’ insurance objectives and critically analyzes and compares insurance plans to determine suitability. She coordinates and provides service for his clients by maintaining client relationships, maintaining strong carrier relationships, and understanding client needs and oversees the preparation and implementation of all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts.
